Refund policies are shown on the event detail pages to customers when they click the "Help & Info" button. This will open up a dialog with some helpful FAQ regarding tickets and refunds.

Organizations Default Refund Policy

To set your organizations refund policy navigate to the Organization Info page and click the Support tab.

Enter in your refund policy in the text box provided, up to 512 characters, and click save.

Event Specific Refund Policy

Event specific refund policies will overwrite your organizations default. Access the event refund policy by clicking Edit on your event on the Manage Events page and navigating to the Advanced Options.
