To create a survey, click Surveys in your dashboards side menu, then Create Survey

Give your survey a name

Add as many fields you want to your survey

Input Label: The main label to for the input
Help Text: Smaller text displayed alongside the input to provide extra information
Input Type: Choose from different input types depending on the question

Input Types

  • Date Picker: Will prompt customers with a calendar to choose a specific date
  • Decimal Input: Allows customers to enter in decimal values. eg: 12345.54321         - This input only allows 5 digits before and 5 digits after the decimal point
  • Integer Input: Allows customers to enter in a 10 digit integer eg: 1234567890
  • Textarea Input: Allows customers to enter in a max of 500 characters
  • Select Box: Allows customers to choose from a list of options
  • Text Input: Allows customers to enter an alpha numeric values

Select Your Events & Ticket Types

To add this survey to an event, select a single event or multiple events

Each ticket type associated with the selected event will be selected automatically. To remove a ticket type or an event, click the "x" to the right of the event name or ticket type.

Once you are completed click save and your customers will now be prompted to fill out the survey when completing their transaction.
