This is where you’ll be able to navigate in between all of the features that you’ve enabled for your account. It should be noted that most add-ons (Reservations, Queues, Capacity Counters, Incidents) are free to use as long as you’re using Showpass as a ticketing provider.

Once you are logged in, if you click the Dashboard button on the top right hand side of the screen, by your name you will be redirected to your Dashboard

Your Dashboard gives you access to:

  • Sell Tickets, Daily Dashboard, Your Stats, and your Main Site for your organization 

The Pop Out menu located on the top left of your screen includes the following:

  • Manage: Events, Check In, Transactions, Guestlists, Capacity Counters, Incidents Marketplace, Network
  • Settings: Organization Info, Employees, Venue Layout. Integrations, Widgets
