This is where you’ll be able to navigate between all of the features that you’ve enabled for your account. Please note that most add-ons (Reservations, Queues, Capacity Counters, Incidents) are free to use as long as you’re using Showpass as a ticketing provider.
Once you are logged in, if you click the Dashboard button on the top right hand side of the screen by your name, you will be redirected to your Dashboard.
Your Dashboard gives you access to:
- Sell Tickets, Daily Dashboard, Your Stats, and your Main Site for your organization
The Pop Out menu (icon with three horizontal lines) located on the top left of your screen includes the following:
- Manage: Events, Check In, Transactions, Guestlists, Capacity Counters, Incidents, Marketplace, Network, Surveys and Tracking Links
- Settings: Organization Info, Employees, Venue Layout, Integrations and Widgets
