Our reports feature allows you to quickly and easily generate reports with custom fields right away or on a set schedule. To get to the page select, Reports from your Pop Out Menu/Dashboard

Create Your Report

First, you’ll input the Report Name. Then, you’ll be asked to select a Report Type, from the following list:   

Event Summary

Event Summary gives you an overarching breakdown of at least one event and can include the following information: 

Will Call

Will Call gives you a breakdown of your box office for at least one event or product, and allows you to collect info on: 

 

Seller Stats

Seller Stats gives you a breakdown of report requires you to select at least one event or product, and allows you to collect info on: 

 

Ticket Type Summary

Ticket Type gives you a breakdown of your ticket types and requires you to select at least one event, and allows you to collect info on: 

 

Transactions

Transactions you a breakdown of your transactions and requires you to select at least one event or product, and allows you to collect info on: 

 

Attendance: 

Attendance gives you a breakdown of your attendance and requires you to select at least on event, and allows you to collect info on: 

Start Date & End Date

You also have the option to limit your statistics between a Start and End date. 

 

Viewing & Sending Your Report 

Once you’ve created the report, you can view it directly on Showpass or you have the option to email reports to recipients at a time and frequency of your choice. 

Viewing it On Showpass

You can view the report immediately by selecting Save + Generate CSV.

You can also come back at any time, and underneath the view report form, you can download the report by selecting Download CSV

Emailing Recipients

You can also email the report to any number of recipients that you like, simply enter their name in the Email Recipients field and select Add Email

 

Select the date and time that the report will be emailed in the Email At field.

You can also adjust the Report Frequency. The email can be sent Once, or recur Daily, Weekly, or Monthly. You can choose when to stop the emails, with the Stop Recurring At field. By default the emails will never stop recurring. 

Once you’ve selected those fields, simply select Save

Editing, Duplicating, or Deleting a Report

Underneath the report name, you can Edit the report, Clone the report (aka duplicate) or Delete the report.
