Tickets bought through Showpass will show up under that name on your credit card bill. It is just a record of payment for you, and will correspond to the receipt that was sent at the time of purchase.
If you do not remember making a purchase from Showpass, or having the tickets and receipt delivered to you, please contact us and we'll look into it for you. We investigate all suspected fraud internally and react accordingly. If it wasn't you that made the purchase, we will be happy to issue a refund and void any tickets bought with your card, so that the perpetrator can't use them and you get your money back.
