The transactions page is where you can find transactions for customer purchases, event payouts, refunds, invoices & transfers

Finding Specific Transactions
Locate specific transactions by using the search bar to look up names, emails & last 4 digits of credit cards used to purchase

You can use multiple filters (payment type, event specific, purchase platform, discount codes used, sold by) to narrow down your search results

Once you find a specific transaction you can do a variety of things:
Refund: Perform refund (will not include service fees)
Void: Void a customers ticket and they will not be able to use it to access the event
Download Receipt: Obtain a copy of a customers receipt of purchase
Resend Confirmation Email: If a customer is unable to find their tickets, you can resend them from the transactions page
